Epinions A Pleasant Surprise

by  niners2004,  Dec 26, 2004
Pros: Incredibly large and yet detailed world. Degree of freedom.
Cons: Control technicalities can improve.
The Bottom Line: If you are even remotely intrigued by the RPG genre, you can't miss this game.
Review: Having been mostly a strategy, simulation, and sports games fan, I decided to give Morrowind a try given its high reviews. What started out as a curious venture into the RPG world turned out to be an encounter with one of the best RPG that has ever been ...

Epinions The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

by  johnnywinter,  Nov 14, 2005
Pros: 100+ Hours of Gameplay, Astonishing Graphics, No restrictions, HUGE World
Cons: Construction Set can be a little tricky. In-game loading points.
The Bottom Line: I definately think you and all your friends should buy this game. It's gold's gold.
Review: Would you like to live in a game? Wouldn't it be sweet to do anything you chose to do? Whether it be help, steal, kill, achieve, or explore? Well, this is the tip of the iceberg for what's readily available in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. ...

Epinions Morrowind: Chose thy future

by  max-payne,  Oct 5, 2004
Pros: Freedom of choice, good graphics, long game time, replayable.
Cons: Glitchs can get annoying, read above.
The Bottom Line: One of the best games ever. If you love Action Games/RPGs/First Person Shooter this is for you, I highly recommend trying it.
Review: Morrowind: Chose thy future. This game I must say is truly a great game and a really good improvement from the last one Daggerfall. First just to mention the differences if you have played Daggerfall and are thinking about this game, this retains all ...

Epinions The only RPG you'll ever need

by  radont84,  Mar 30, 2005
Pros: Graphics, open ended gameplay, plugins(mods)
Cons: Repetative combat, occasional crashes.
The Bottom Line: If you enjoy RPG's then it is your duty to own this game. It's as close to a never ending single player game as you can get.
Review: A conservative estimate would have me at 500 hours logged playing The Elder scrolls III: Morrowind, the latest behemoth RPG from Bethesda. I know Morrowind is getting a little old as far as games go, but in my opinion this is one of the best rpg’s ...

Epinions The most amazing game I have ever played

by  DagdaMor,  Jun 12, 2004
Pros: Everything
Cons: High graphic requirements, runs great on modern hardware though
The Bottom Line: Absolutely amazing, must have for the PC
Review: I am sorry I mispoke. This is the most amazing game that I have ever lived, because that is what you do in the third installment of the elderscrolls saga. You begin your cyberlife on a boat, with no identity and no idea what you are supposed to do. ...

Epinions You will have no outside life if you buy this game

by  firstshadow,  Nov 18, 2005
Pros: SO much to do, from robbing vaults to exploring ruins to bazillions of side quests
Cons: Fighting involves no strategy. Just hack away. Only main plot characters have any real personality.
The Bottom Line: The best game of it's type. Period. But it's too good to be healthy.
Review: This game is, if such a thing is possible, too good. One of my friends had the Xbox version of the game, and told me it was too addicting...he wasted an entire summer doing nothing but playing this game. He said this game is evil, but I took that as ...

by  llothy,  Sep 12, 2005
Pros: Wonderful Freedom, Great Storyline, Player Customization
Cons: A Few Glitches
The Bottom Line: I completely recommend this game for an adventurous player who loves endless possibility!
Review: I absolutely love this game! When you play this game it feels as thought you become your character! I easily find myself lost in this game for hours! Customization: There are so many possibilities in this game! You can follow along the ...

Epinions The Neverending Story

by  xenoranger,  Mar 24, 2006
Pros:
Limitless Play-life
Fully interactive world
Freedom to do whatever
Cons:
Main Story Points are hard to find
NPC Dialog is too long
The Bottom Line: While the game is epic, the time it takes to complete is also. It's a GOOD GAME, but requires patience to truly enjoy.
Review: Welcome to the world of Morrowind, home of a huge population that you’ll probably never get to meet. This game is epic, but on the same token, too epic. I call this the Neverending Story. The story begins with you being released from ...

Epinions You'll be calling your family 'outlanders' within a week..

by  maonao,  Jun 2, 2004
Pros: play anyway you like, great customization, huge world to explore, good story
Cons: bland NPCs, frequent glitches/crashing, easy to exploit
The Bottom Line: If you love RPGs, play this game. You will love it. Newbies might be a little overwhelmed, but keep at it. Its worth it.
Review: Morrowind, oh my, how do I even begin? This game... is huge. If you have a life, you might as well just take a vacation month or two away from it, because after playing this game you’ll cease to exist. Overview/Story Morrowind is an ...

Epinions Hold on, let me admire you until you give me a discount on that sword...

by  unjai,  Jul 11, 2006
Pros: Awesome Graphics; Limitless replay value; Realistic approach to Roleplaying; Countless amounts of Player-Created Mods
Cons: Forgetful Soundtrack; Enemy AI is null; Meant for the Hardcore RPG crowd
The Bottom Line: Was a technical marvel at the time. With Oblivion, released there is little incentive to play Morrowind unless for the story. It's a great game regardless of Oblivion.
Review: Elderscrolls III: Morrowind was a game that won me over with it's next generation graphics (at the time) and it's live another life appeal. The gameplay opportunities were endless as the game contained more than over 5000 quests along side ...
