Pros: More tricks, more skater options, improved graphics, and of course the addictive gameplay!
Cons: Using the GameCube controller is different from using the PS2 one for this game....
The Bottom Line: Even though the GameCube version isn't online still, there's plenty of other stuff to do in the game offline that will get you addicted.
Review: The Hawkster is back, and he's higher than ever (in the air that is, you sick-minded individual)! Four years and without loss of inertia - in fact, it's a speed that builds itself up every time - the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise continues to dominate ...

Pros: Everything good about the previous games with bigger and better levels
Cons: Difficulty level may be too high for newcomers to the series
The Bottom Line: The removal of the two-minute time limit has made Tony Hawk a whole new game. If youve enjoyed any of the past THPS games, this is a must-have.
Review: Few series have been as much of a force on the gaming scene in recent years as the Tony Hawks Pro Skater series has been. Since its inception in 1999, Tony Hawk has not only become synonymous with video skateboarding, but has essentially become an...

I remember not too long ago when i was living in England, there was this game called Tony Hawks Pro Skater. Games like that had never interested me before. I think when i brought the very first edition of tony hawks on the play station,... |

Pros: No time limit, improved create options
Cons: GameCube controller awkward in hands at first, no online play available
The Bottom Line: If you own a console, whether PS2, XBox, or GameCube, this is a must have. Period.
Review: Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 was revolutionary. It changed the way people saw skateboarding and saved the sport from certain doom versus baseball, football, basketball, and, to a lesser extent, hockey.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 was an... |

Pros: Whole new skaters like Jango Fett and cool out of this world tricks!
Cons: Has unreal gravity.
The Bottom Line: Buy it! It's a great game and you can do rad challenges that test your ability as a gamer. So Be cool! BUY THIS GAME!
Review: In the game there are Pro challenges from what the real skaters did in real life (not the secret guys) like how Bob Burnquist jumped a loop WITHOUT A TOP! Some of the weirdest moves I have ever seen too, Jango Fett as a secret character is my favorite...

Pros: Trick Selection, create a skater/park, The game itself
Cons: You could never preform the combos these guys do, not even pros could
Review: This series gets better and better. It is one of the best skateboarding games of all time. I found the features of create a park and create a skater some of the best features to a skateboarding game. I like the selection of tricks, how you can buy ...

Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Not much.
Review: The best in an already impressive line of games. One of the most re-playable games ever. Lots of extras to keep you entertained. The "free skate" levels with approachable goal characters is much better. The money set up for buying new decks, movies, cheat ...
