Not As Easy As It's Alleged To Be

The ONE will get you from Point A to Point B - in some cases. For starters, it doesn't know where I live; it places my house a full half mile from where it really is. That makes me wonder what else is wrong.

I want to make a trip to Longwood Gardens, one of the *premier* gardens in the entire country, and yet - ONE fails to list it as a POI! How can that possibly be?? I looked up the street address of the Gardens, but ONE says there's no match! What????? So, there's no way for this thing to help me get to one of the most visited tourist attractions in the country.

TomTom Home sometimes works, sometimes fails to. I tried it on two different computers one day, and all I got was the message that "A problem has been detected." It makes no mention of what the problem is, or what I might try to do to correct it.

"Customer Assistance" (known in the U.S. as Customer Service) is poor. When Home wouldn't work, I tried calling, only to be told that "all representatives are currently helping other customers." I waited several minutes, then decided I would email my problem - but the email link is not clickable! I reported the mistake about my house, and received an email reply. I tried to email my Home problem, but that came bouncing back to me. When I right-clicked & got the real email address, I tried writing my Home problem there - only to get a reply that they no longer offer email support!

If there's a way to add POIs to this thing, I can't find it, so it's back to the good ol' paper map to get to Longwood Gardens.

All in all, I'm very disappointed.
