Definitely cures your itch to play golf when you just can't get out there!

This game is GREAT! Like most, I started off my Nintendo Wii with the Wii Sports package. I immediately loved the golfing aspect of Wii Sports and put this game on my Christmas wish list (not sure how much they paid for it). I have never regretted it since. This may be my favorite game in my collection thus far. The gaming is great and everyone from myself, girlfriend's father, and nephews:

Graphics:
As best as they can get on a Wii (with Component Video - 480p)

Audio:
Outstanding - they incorporate environmental sound effects into the game including planes, birds, and the crowd. The announcers are there, but not too overbearing or annoying/repetitive. And they also provide a complete playlist of songs from many genres of music.

Gameplay:
Menu Navigation - This may be the one and only drawback or obstacle, it is kind of annoying figuring out the simple things you want to do at first but eventually you get the hang of it - there are a lot of different options!
Character customization - Wow! If you don't like the game you can definitely still use it for some great portraits; the customizing they give you for your character's appearance is seemingly infinite! Also, they provide a wiiiiide array of equipment/accessories (that of course you have to 'earn' along the way)
Controller Action - To me, this is THE BEST part of the game. Swinging that virtual club, adding a slice, roll, spin, etc. is awesome; it definitely cures your need for a quick game when you just can't get out there. Time will tell if it actually may improve it too ha ha ha
