Epinions The "King" of PSX fighting

by  4leggedchicken,  Sep 9, 2000
Pros: better graphics, a nice cast of characters whom have thir own personality
Cons: control problems, a bit too easy
Review: Tekken 3, the third instalment of the popular PSX fighting series is also going to be the last. Just as the first and second before it Tekken 3 made it's way onto the greatist hits list after a short period of time on the shelves, but how does Tekken 3...

Epinions King of the Iron Fist... roar

by  la_te_ra_lus,  Aug 8, 2002
Pros: Many modes, graphics, tons of moves, a lot of secret characters
Cons: repetitive music, bad background graphics, stories move to fast and don't make sense.
The Bottom Line: The game is good to play during free time, but avoid it if you're looking for a long game with an in-depth storyline to captivate you.
Review: I first played Tekken 3 on a demo disc I got with my playstation. The amount of playable characters and accessible modes were each limited to two so I decided to get the whole game.

The graphics of the characters could be a lot worse, and were...

Epinions Its kick ass time!!

by  Manos,  Jan 5, 2000
Pros: good fighting
Cons: not enough contestants
Review: THis game is kinda awesome. I mean it has good graphics and all. It also has realism. The only thing is that the moves aren't that mucfh different from Tekken 2. Also they needed to have one really super guy that would be the one to always be or beat....

Epinions Tekken 3, Third Installment Not a Charm

by  Horhay,  Oct 7, 2000
Pros: Good graphics, great CG movies, lots of moves, some decent modes
Cons: Button masher, terrible music and sound effects, not enough changes, control, some modes
The Bottom Line: Tekken 3 is really Tekken 2.5
Review: Intro: I remember the first time playing this game at Round Table Pizza. It didn’t really impress me because it was basically an upgraded version of part 2. So instead of wasting the rest of my quarters on Tekken 3, I just headed to the ...

Epinions Someone explain to me the point of this game...

by  herjazz,  Oct 6, 2000
Pros: Great graphics
Cons: No gameplay/plot/strategy. Brainpower not required. Missed the point of the game.
Review: The first and last time I played this game was for about an hour at my friend's workplace where they had it set up on a big HDTV screen (yes, spoiled dot-com companies have it all!) with Playstation2. This is supposedly one of the best and popular games...

Epinions Tekken it too far

by  xeno3998,  Oct 17, 2000
Pros: nice graphics, occasionally fun
Cons: a placemat is deeper
Review: From the inception to the inevitable climax < whenever that'll be >, I will always despise Tekken. Not that I don't fancy a little 3D sugar in my fighting game coffee, but this engine and moves are too over hyped and overrated when they're just...

Epinions Slightly Overrated

by  Sulzer,  Jan 22, 2000
Pros: fun, graphics, play
Cons: too short
Review: At first I could have sworn that this game was the ultimate fighting game. I really did. The problem was, was that it was way too easy to beat. I'll admit that it was fun that the objective was that the better I get, I'd have an option of more characters...
