by  jeremy1456, top reviewer in Games ,  Aug 9, 2005
Pros: Excellent Combat System, Story, Graphics
Cons: Overworld Graphics
The Bottom Line: Tales of Symphonia Is Easily In the Top 3 RPGs from this Generation.
Review: The Gamecube is a console that has had a big problem concerning a lack of RPGs in it's past, though it was never as bad as the Xbox, it was still in dire need of an epic tale. Namco had just what the doctor ordered, as they began developing not one, but ...

Pros: Unique battle system, story, humor, dungeons are never the same, lengthy

The Bottom Line: If you’ve got a Gamecube and you like Rpgs, get Tales of Symphonia.
Review: Being as big on rpgs as I am, I wanted more of them for my Gamecube then just Skies of arcadia. Now off the top of my head I cant think of many rpgs for the cube. I had seen this game often for awhile and I always had interest in it until one day I had ...

Epinions As Perfect As Perfect Can Be

by  Pricyber,  Jul 20, 2004
Pros: Battle system
Multiplayer
Story and character development
Cons: Camera for multiplayer needs tweaked
The Bottom Line: This game should be in every RPG player's collection. Those interested in action/adventure games (ala Zelda) should try this game out as well.
Review: I have had a great deal of trouble finding today’s role-playing games to be as charming and soulful as the older classics. Sure, many are visually impressive but the battle systems remain dull and unrefined, and the stories are not requiring the ...

by  crax1999,  Jul 20, 2004
Pros: Fun and addicting, many similarities to Final Fantasy 7 (that's a good thing!)
Cons: Limited voice acting, Sheer amount of features can be overwhelming at first.
The Bottom Line: Why are you still here? Buy it now! The best console RPG in a long time, and there is NOTHING close to this on Gamecube in the US. Go!
Review: Here it is, Tales of Symphonia for Gamecube. I understand there are Japanese versions of this series to be played, but this is the first US release in the series. I have not played any of the prior games but WOW, if you like a console Role Playing Game ...

Epinions we want YOU! To guide the chosen!

by  psyko7,  Dec 19, 2004
Pros: Graphics, audio, replay value, gameplay, humour, character availability, plot twists.
Cons: Sometimes the action phrases can be REALLY cheesy
The Bottom Line: This is a wonderful In-Depth game, without being to confusing. Great graphics, gameplay, audio and replay value, and is the best RPG for Gamecube™ yet.
Review: Tales Of Symphonia™ is a "T" rated game that takes place in no exact time line, it just takes away from the world and goes into its own place. As the STORY goes, it is a small world, the world of Sylvarant, as you try to regenerate the world of its ...

Epinions Why RPG's Are So Good

by  malikmon,  Jan 23, 2005
Pros: Battle System, Story, Charicters, Graphics, just overall great!
Cons: The whole item delay system is ridicolous, have to play through beggining for the goods
The Bottom Line: Tales of Symphonia is a must have for RPG fans, and easily equates the Final Fantasy games.
Review: When I first heared of this game in a magazine before it came out, I knew I had to get it. Well come Christmas, it came to me but now the question is how good was it? Story: It dosen't start out as much. Basicly you're a fairly dumb kid named Lloyd. ...
