Pros: Simple, automatic operation and a more uniform grinding of coffee beans.
Cons: Grinds an inconsistent amount of coffee. Some finer ground coffee accumulates at top of chamber.
The Bottom Line: It's not perfect, but I recommend it for it's convenience, simplicity, good looks, and a much better cup of coffee!
Review: Why Did We Buy the Cuisinart Automatic Burr Mill? I bought the burr grinder to replace a worn-out blade grinder. Actually, I was glad that the blade grinder wore out, because I had been reading that burr grinders provide a more uniform grind ...

Pros: Competent and Does a Decent Job
Cons: Jams but rarely, ultra-fine grind setting probably not fine enough for expresso.
The Bottom Line: This is an extremely good value and works as advertised consistently.
Review: What is This? This is a burr coffee grinder that passes the beans through the grinding mechanism in a single pass. This has 2 advantages over the blade/blender style coffee grinder: You get a more consistent grind as the contact time between beans and ...

Pros: Burr Machine. Chrome gives solid, stylish appearance. "Timer" ability to grind set amount of grounds.
Cons: Noise. Plastic receptacle. Grinds too inconsistent to be used for espresso purposes. Produces some powder.
The Bottom Line: Far better than a $25 blade grinder. Powder isn't excessive, so drip is more than acceptable. Worth the $50 for good burr grinder.
Review: DRIP ONLY Don't believe that ANY grinder in this price range will be the ultimate grinder for all your grinding needs. I read with amusement as some reviewers (not necessarily here) slammed this grinder for not grinding well enough to use with ...

Pros: Grinds coffee beans well, Style, Parts easy to clean, Easy to get ground coffee from
Cons: Grinding chamber somewhat a pain to clean out
The Bottom Line: After years, I FINALLY found the ultimate stainless steel coffee grinder to both fit my decor and meet my coffee grinding needs!
Review: I will never be an apologist for Cuisinart. Indeed, after my experience with their loathsome Grind Central (reviewed at: h

Pros: A quality and convenient gadget at a reasonable price. Attractive, well designed,a very nice product.
Cons: Hopper wont hold a full bag of coffee. Noisy operation.
The Bottom Line: If you really enjoy a good freshly ground cup of coffee and are looking for an excellent value this is the grinder for you.
Review: I was accustomed to grinding my coffee a bag at a time at the grocery store and enjoying that wonderful aroma filling the air. I could not wait to get home to have a cup. When the blade type grinders became popular I thought it would be nice to enjoy ...

Pros: reasonably priced, easy to use, plenty of grind settings
Cons: static may produce some mess at times
The Bottom Line: I have seen this unit for as little as $25. That makes it a no-brainer-- Buy It!
Review: I have had this unit in continuous use for over 4 years now. By that I mean I grind about one full hopper a week, every week. It has never failed me, and the consistency of the grind is great for my Bunn coffee maker. Like many of this type it is ...

Pros: Attractive styling, easy and efficient operation. Yields a consistent grind.
Cons: No real drawbacks so far.
The Bottom Line: Recommended if you can get it at Costco or elsewhere for this price.
Review: Although the specific model I got from Costco differs from what's noted here (mine is called the CCM-16PC), the machine itself is identical to the DBM-8. The specifications, the look, the dimensions, even the 18-month warranty are all identical. It may ...

Pros: Grind, Price and ease of cleaning.
Cons: Hopper feed and on/off switch.
The Bottom Line: Great grinder for the entry level coffee snob who cannot afford better.
Review: Bought this grinder to replace the Kitchen Aid bubble gum machine grinder that I finally gave up on. I am very impressed with it after the first week, so much so I put my other grinder away after the first day! The grind consistancy is way above my ...

Pros: Functions exactly as it is supposed to! a great all-purpose grinder.
Cons: Not recommended if all you want is to grind espresso.
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a simple multi-purpose grinder, this one offers good value for the money.
Review: I bought my grinder to replace a little windmill grinder that had served me faithfully for more than 5 years. The Cuisinart grinder holds more beans, has adjustments for the type of grind, and looks much nicer on my countertop. There are some flaws ...

Pros: Nice hopper, nice design
Cons: Poor at super-fine grind for espresso.
The Bottom Line: This is not for espresso grind! Good for coffee.
Review: It was time for me to take the plunge and get a good grinder for home. My main goal was to find a grinder that could do a super-fine grind for espresso. I used to pick up my espresso roast beans from Starbucks and have them grind them down super-fine ...
