Better than Tetris

I am someone that never plays video games. It's not that I don't think they are fun, it's just that they're too complicated, they make me dizzy, or some other barrier gets in the way. Super Puzzle Fighter II is a game that even a non-gamer can enjoy.

Learnability

The game is easy to learn. It's screen is split up into two sections so that you are playing against an opponent. It almost looks like tetris, but it is better. You set up pieces in blocks so that you can blow them up to defeat your opponent. The bigger your blocks get, the more obstacles you place in your opponents way.

Graphics

Okay, so the graphics aren't great. But they don't need to be. This game is all about the puzzle and so the lack of graphic quality doesn't take away from the game.

Characters

Super Puzzle Fighter II has built in characters that add another dimension to the game. The characters have different attributes that give variety to how you beat your opponent. It makes it that much more fun to be able to change it up a bit.

Game Play

Super Puzzle Fighter II has three different game styles to choose from. They include special features like bombs that blow up a whole section of color, and diamonds that blow up all of one color. There is also a feature where you can match three of the same color in order to clear them. This game isn't like other games where you play it once and then you've already seen it all. You can play this game over and over again and with different people and you will always find something new.

Super Puzzle Fighter II is a great game for people who love puzzle games, but aren't necessarily gamers.
