Epinions From the NES to the GBA...

by  shocker69,  Jun 16, 2001
Pros: Adrenaline-additive to the already-anticipated after-hour.
Cons: absolutely NONE.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this to anyone. Even those not fans of sports I imagine would like this one. It's just fun.
Review: It was a long time ago, but I remember when I first played the original "Super Dodge Ball" for the NES. I was instantly hooked. There were many options which let you use a number of "super" ball attacks, which would either split the ball into pieces,...

Epinions Super Dodge Ball? OH YEAH!

by  schion65,  Aug 3, 2001
Pros: Good sound, good graphics, fun.
Cons: Computer too easy. No real ending.
The Bottom Line: Throwing crazy shots at other people's reproductive zones? I'm sold.
Review: First up, I want to say, yay Gameboy Advance (GBA), and boo no backlighting. My Lord, I do not understand the lack of backlight.

Here now is the bidness, with which we will get down to. Super Dodge Ball is a great update of the classic...

Epinions IMPORT review, domestic coming June 11th

by  davebert,  Jun 8, 2001
Pros: Fun gameplay, awesome multiplayer
Cons: Computer A.I. suddenly goes from too easy to overly hard.
The Bottom Line: Finally, Gameboy gets a Dodgeball title. Wait for the domestic release, it's only a few days away!
Review: Dodgeball is a sport I played a lot of while growing up. In P.E. class we always voted on what game to play and everyone voted for dodgeball every time. There's something about aggressively throwing something at a person and not getting yelled at for it...

Epinions After finally tearing away from this game...

by  JulieLMatthews,  Jul 5, 2001
Pros: Several difficulty levels and several hours of fun. High playing potential.
Cons: Location of players takes a while to adjust to but you can quickly.
The Bottom Line: For the price they have on Advance games, Super Dodge Ball Advance is worth the expense.
Review: I'm here writing my opinion about it. It is the most addictive thing I have played in ages. Dodge Ball has had long-lasting appeal through Nintendo’s existence. Now that it is finally portable, people can take the action on the road.

Epinions Definatley a renter.

by  brandobean,  Oct 31, 2001
Pros: Simple fun.
Cons: It gets more complicated than fun.
The Bottom Line: Rent it before buying.
Review: This is one of those titles that I can not recommend for or against. When I got my new Gameboy Advance I was hungry for any game that came my way. Since there were few to choose from, I was hoping something I had never seen before would come along....

Epinions This will be the most under rated game in the GBA launch lineup

by  XHollywood,  Jun 26, 2001
Pros: Fun adictive gameplay
Cons: Unbelievably easy, when you don't have a friend to play with
The Bottom Line: If you have a friend that has this it is probably worth the money. If not, a rental will probably tide you over. Good game... while it lasts.
Review: Well I am not gonna lie to you. I have never played this multiplayer. So I haven't realized its true potential. But I shall continue anyway. For the one player mode makes me long for a friend that had this game too.

Epinions Dodge This!

by  AriesG,  Jun 12, 2001
Pros: Fun, addictive gameplay, plenty of options
Cons: slight learning curve
The Bottom Line: A classic game brought to a handheld. Hours of enjoyment.
Review: Super Dodge Ball is an addictive and fun game. Scrolling from side to side and keeping a close watch of where the ball is going and how fast its coming at you is part of the amusement. The game utilizes plenty of key combinations to keep it...

Epinions Super Dodgeball Advance: This Didn't Advance Very Far.

by  Alkaiser,  Jan 7, 2002
Pros: Pretty fun for a couple minutes.
Cons: Game's way too easy, gets repetitive really quick.
The Bottom Line: This game's not worth $20-$30.
Review: One of the first games I beat when I was a kid was the original Super Dodgeball. You had all the cool River City Ransom character chucking dodgeballs at each other. And you had all those sweet super moves. Plus different surfaces would affect the...

Epinions Super Dodge Ball- Do you know where your teeth are?

by  psoiplayer,  Aug 7, 2001
Pros: GREAT MULTIPLAYER! Is a good turn on for 10 minutes in the car game.
Cons: Too Easy\ Too Hard.
The Bottom Line: A good dodge ball game, make sure you have a friend to play with.
Review: This game is a great two-player game. It is hilarious to beat up your friend's virtual army of rubber ball chuckin' athletes. Single player gets old after three hours though...the time it took me to beat with ALL THE TEAMS.

Some odd rules:...

Epinions Dodgeball

by  kirby508,  Jun 29, 2001
Pros: great gameplay
Cons: needs better graphics and sound
The Bottom Line: Overall, Super Dodge Ball Advance is a good game, but it is seriously flawed If you are interested in buying this game, rent it first.
Review: The year is 20XX, and the number one sport in the world is... Dodgeball?

That's right, the cult classic NES game is back in Super Advance form. But it's not perfectly intact, though.

The graphics will not win any awards, but...
