Epinions Best Star Wars Game ever

by  bcole23,  Nov 22, 2003
Pros: read review
Cons: read review
The Bottom Line: Definitely buy this game and then go to www.gamefaqs.com and read my full length 50 pg walkthrough for it.
Review: This game is the third in the Star Wars - Rogue Squadron series of games developed by Factor 5, not counting Battle for Naboo. Rogue Squadron games are the kind that novices can actually play and have fun with, and die hard expert game players can spend ...

Epinions Still a fantastic game- and the price is right.

by  nathanmcarlson,  Jul 14, 2005
Pros: Star wars! Great graphics and awesome soundtrack. Fun gameplay.
Cons: Flying is slow, controls can be clunky.
The Bottom Line: Worth every penny- especially now that the price has dipped into the "affordable" range (less than twenty bucks used).
Review: Great Star Wars Game I am, like many dads, in the position of having to justify my purchases to my wife on the basis of educational merit or some other mitigating factor. I recently bought a Gamecube "for the kids" and in the process ...

Epinions Go fly a B-Wing, Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike

by  yakkowarner,  May 25, 2004
Pros: It’s Star wars, drive an AT-ST, Cooperative play, beautiful graphics and good level design.
Cons: Disco wookie, it’s on an aging system, poorly done foot missions, still has escort missions.
The Bottom Line: A good game that still proves that the game cube still has life in it. A must buy for any Star Wars fan, especially for the price.
Review: I bought this game because it was only 30 dollars and it’s a game I have been waiting for an excuse to buy this game. I felt the price reduction was a good enough excuse. Premise This is the third rogue leader game in the series. The ...

Epinions Not quite living up to the hype, but never the less....

by  L_0_B_0,  Oct 25, 2003
Pros: Cutscenes from the actual movies, 7.1 surround sound, 30+ levels
Cons: Foot missions, not so intense flight battles, the flickering black screen of annoyance
The Bottom Line: Don't play or buy this game thinking it's like JK mixed with RS, you will set yourself up for major disappointed. Keep in mind what the RS series is about.
Review: This game is simply amazing, but has its bad points too. When I went to get it on the 21st of Oct, would have had it on the 20th from if you can [AHEM]rEad Between[/AHEM] the lines here. However the guy wouldn't sell it to me because it wasn't the officia ...
