Pros: Great gameplay and incredible graphics and sound
Cons: Loses replay value
The Bottom Line: Great graphics, sound and gameplay. Not recommended for people who do not have more than one GameCube game. Wait until you have accumulated more games until you purchase this one.
Review: The highly anticipated arrival of a Star Wars game for the GameCube certainly does not disappoint faithful gamers. After a long line of successful Star Wars games for Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64, the geniuses at Nintendo were able to put out yet...

Pros: great graphics, launch title, fun game
Cons: no multiplayer, almost a clone
The Bottom Line: Rouge Leader is a great game, with great graphics, and gameplay. It must be in a GameCuber's library.
Review: Rouge Leader is a very good game. It has some of the moust astounding graphics to date, and happened to be instores since the GameCube was launched. Taking advantage of GameCube's wonderful power, unique sounds, awesome full 3d renders, and complex...

Pros: great aesthetic qualities, solid control, authentic Star Wars atmosphere
Cons: insanely difficult near the end, short for some players
The Bottom Line: The Force is with the Cube...if you own one, you must get this game.
Review: General rule of thumb states that any videogame based on a movie property isn't going to be very good, and no property has displayed this better than Star Wars. Yes, there have been a few exceptions (like Rogue Squadron and Episode I Racer), but most...

Pros: Stunning graphics, easy controls
Cons: Gold metals are difficult to earn
The Bottom Line: The same thrilling space-dogfights from the N64 version are back with better graphics and better AI for a better game.
Review: The original Rouge Squadron for N64 is back with a vengeance in GCN's Rouge Squadron II: Rouge Leader. Everything that made the first RS great is present in this game: intuitive controls, variety of ships, and unlock-able secrets. Random scenes from...

Pros: the graphics, the courses
Cons: Difficulty level
Review: This game has great graphics, we can't deny that, the controls are okay, and the replay value is decent indeed, but this is one hard game! I think they overdone when somebody said "Hey, let's make it ...

Pros: Beautiful graphics and sound right out of the movie
Cons: Incredibly frustrating, horrid tutorial
The Bottom Line: Rogue Leader is worth checking out for its technical accomplishments, but as a game, the Force is not with it.
Review: There are few franchises as venerable as the Star Wars movies. As such, Star Wars and video games go back a long ways; I can still remember playing the Empire Strikes Back for the Atari 2600 as a little kid almost two decades ago. Unfortunately, the...

Pros: A beautiful, detailed space shooter.
Cons: Flaky control, bad AI, obtuse mission structure.
The Bottom Line: As fun as it is frustrating. Most out there (self included) will forcibly tolerate the game's problems just to "enjoy" another Star Wars game, but you've had and know better.
Review: Rogue Squadron 2 (RS2) is a lot like the old sex and pizza adage: even when a Rogue Squadron game is bad, it's still pretty good. In truth, that analogy is a little harsh, RS2 isn't a bad game, but the force isn't quite as strong with RS2...

Pros: Excellent visuals and renderings, challenging extras, outstanding production values
Cons: Mediocre gameplay, repetitive pestering wingmen, poor checkpoint system, very difficult
The Bottom Line: Rouge Leader recycles everything used in the predecessor and adds plenty of extra in the visual and audio department, depriving other areas of improvement leaving the gameplay at best mediocre.
Review: Let's just start by saying that every avid Nintendo fan who purchased GameCube at launch bought Star Wars Rouge Leader. Heck, it was one of the only games worth owning the console for at the time. But how can you look past it? Not only was it a Star Wars...

Pros: Graphics/sound/play control/music/blowing up the Death Star
Cons: I expect more from Lucasarts and Facor 5
The Bottom Line: I expected and feel we deserved more, but blowing up the Death Star and attacking Star Destroyers still rocks.
Review: As a dedicated fan of anything Star Wars, and especially Lucasarts and Factor 5's Flight series, I eagerly anticipated the release of Rogue Squadron II since first viewing the teaser clips from Nintendo's Space World show a few years back. The sheer...

Pros: Revolutionary graphics and sound. Star Wars fans will absolutely lov it.
Cons: Clunky controls and limited replay value
The Bottom Line: It's a good game to show off the power of the GC to your friends, but most people will find the controls pretty frustrating.
Review: Rogue Leader takes place during the original trilogy with missions right out of the movies as well as additional ones. In total, there are fifteen missions, ten main ones and five unlockable. Some of the missions use the same areas however. There is...

Rogue Leader has some of the best graphics ever seen on a home console and it's proper, old-fashioned, Star Wars--if that doesn't raise at least an ey...
