The Bottom Line: This is an excellent game for novice players and those who are looking to start playing RPG's. A great stepping stone to some great games.
Review: Today I will be reviewing the game Star Fox Adventures for the Nintendo Game Cube.
After two games of just star fighter action, we finally see Fox McCloud in a starring role of an action/adventure game. This game is unfortunately to be... |

Pros: Graphics, overall package
Cons: Doesn't offer a whole lot of originality
The Bottom Line: The best game of this type on any system. A highly polished masterpiece.
Review: Star Fox wowed us all when it made its appearance on the 16bit Super Nintendo. True 3D graphics on a console system had only been thought a fantasy until then, and the graphics still look good even by today's standards. Not only did it look pretty, but...

Pros: Great graphics and animations, with some farily good voice-overs.
Cons: Unoriginal design, quite a bit of backtracking sometimes.
The Bottom Line: Even though this really has nothing to do with the SatrFox series as a whole, it's a pretty respectable adventure game.
Review: StarFox Adventures really doesn't have anything to do with the StarFox series established in the past. Basically, Nintendo must have thought that adding a known character to an unknown game was a great way to sell copies of the title. While it's not a...

The Bottom Line: Rare's final Nintendo game is a classic.
Review: If theres one thing Nintendo has in abundance, its mascots. The company can count some of gamings most recognized icons amongst its ranksguys like Mario, Luigi, Samus (who, technically, isnt a guy), and Link. It doesnt end...

Pros: Clever puzzles, outstanding graphics, lots to learn and do
Cons: Arwing stages could have been better; Krystal's hardly in the game at all
The Bottom Line: If you liked Zelda 64, you'll like Starfox. If you like Starfox and Zelda 64, that's even better. If you like neither, well at least rent it.
Review: We all remember what a stunning, gunning and cunning pilot Fox McCloud can be. What we don't know (until recently, that is) is just how much of a fighter he is.
I always thought it was funny when Andross said to Fox at the end of Starfox 64,... |

Pros: - Solid all-round

The Bottom Line: A solid package over all, if you have a Gamecube please do yourself the favor and check this game out.
Review: There were two games on my most wanted list for the Nintendo Gamecube, those two games were why I was purchasing Nintendo's Gamecube. Which two games were they? Silicon Knight's Eternal Darkness, and Rare's Star Fox Adventures. As we all know by now, SFA...

Pros: Beautiful graphics and sound.
Cons: Somewhat repetitive gameplay. Flying levels are nothing special.
The Bottom Line: Definitely worth a rental just because it's so beautiful. Maybe a buy, if you like this type of game.
