After you first cancell your PlayOnline account you have 3 months to reactivate it. After this three month period has elasped,you can no longer use your previos account information.You must creat a new account to use PlayOnline again.Please note that this means you must purchase a new copy of the software from a retailer and reregister for PlayOnline. Also this game requires specific videocards.
