Sony VCT-D580RM Tripod

Pros: Controls on the Handle, Folds up fairly small, Seems heavy duty

Cons: None yet

The Bottom Line: Although I haven't seen any other tripods, I would say this is probably one of the best commercially available today and recommend it to all.

Pros: Works well with my Canon XM2.

Cons: Too short and flimsy! I expected that though.

The Bottom Line: Not bad. It does the job for what it is.

Review: This tripod is for my Canon XM2 (Canon GL2 in USA) camcorder - for the built in remote, you see that the Canon remote (ZR-1000 Zoom Remote Control) is way overpriced for a small piece of plastic, a rip-off actually.
