Tiny, and better performance than expected.

I bought the Sony Micro Vault Tiny flash drive about a year ago, and it has worked well. It's super tiny, about the size of two Chiclets, has a tiny write status LED, and lacks a metal USB socket. The USB contacts are exposed and just slip into a computer's USB port. The write speed of the Micro Vault Tiny is surprisingly good. Writing twenty-five 3 MB files takes 15 seconds, and writing one 100 MB file also takes fifteen seconds, for a write speed of about five to six megabytes per second,

The Sony Micro Vault Tiny has a rubbery plastic holster with a strange plastic slinky spring attachment thingy. It's just weird, and not too secure in my opinion, but the rubber holster is grippy and I haven't lost the Micro Vault Tiny yet. Junior high school girls will probably think it's "cute", but I vote for weird. I think a better option would have been to have a small hole in the device itself so it can be attached to a string or key chain.

Few USB flash devices are smaller. If you need a USB device to smuggle into prison or North Korea, this is the USB flash device for you.
