good solid choice

why? I saw it and its ok the colors need upgrading the video is great and better then regular mini dv The hd is ok... but 500 dollars more then regular? I don't think so. They are already onto the hc7 which has much better picture. To think people love this so much? in sd mode forget it...I just don't think its so great. period update got another like it better but still its worth around 5 hundred to me. If they added more color and less noise much more . Sony needs to put a focus ring and exposure compensation button on their camcorders, Still how can you go wrong for under 500 dollars ? You can't
