The Bottom Line:
comfortable, your can wear them to bed. Personally I would look for another headphone that has better range and can stay on your head while working in the yard.

I have the tmr-RF945R which appear to be almost the same as this model.
It is by far the MOST comfortable headphones I have ever worn. The first day I used them I think I wore then for 8 hours straight. Also a testament to the battery life.
battery has a good life, when I first got them, on a full charge, I could wear them 8 hours before recharging, but after 6 months the life of the battery is about 4 hours. (to me this is good). The batteries recharge quickly, I found that if the battery is dead I can charge them for about 1/2 hour and then I can start using them again.
Sound quality is better then my wired headphones, but not as good as my 3 piece computer speakers. for causal listening they are decent, but dont buy them in you are an audiofile
The auto tuning is nice (i never had a manual tune, and I never will)
In general wireless headphone are awesome. I will never again have my head jerked when getting up from the computer.
now for the things I dont like;
Range is terrible. I hear tiny bit of static sitting next to the base (if your listening to music you probably wont hear this). I hear a lot of static when I go upstairs. If the base is inside and I step out my front door the static is extreme (basically they are unusable). When I need to work outside I move the base outside, but it doesn't reach to all areas of my 1/2 acre lot.
Portability is annoying. You can wear them at you desk, you can wear them while you cook dinner, you can wear them while you vacuum(you'll hear the electrical noise generated by the vacuum). you CAN'T wear them on a treadmill (they will fall off). If your doing yard work, you'll constantly have to adjust them on you head(wearing a baseball cap helps keep them on you head)
The base is poorly designed. If you dont set them on the base correctly they wont charge(it takes 2 or 3 tries). Nothing is more annoying then coming home to find out your headphones aren't charged. The base lights up a green light to indicate that the headphones are charging, this helps me ensure they are charging. friends & family that aren't familiar with the headphone will end up just throwing them onto the base (75% of the time improperly).
