Great machine for DVD burning

When it comes to writing DVDs, the FS640 has every feature one would need. It supports both + and - formats and can even write dual-layer discs. The video memory is shared, but with 128 MB available, it will provide adequate resources for multimedia-intensive applications. However, you'll need to make sure an outlet is nearby if you're venturing away from the home or office. Battery life on this unit is below-average for a Centrino, usually giving out after just 2 1/2 hours of use.
