Pros: Comfortable, reasonable button position. Nice and light controller, with good rumble.

Cons: Awkward position of analog sticks, bad for FPS D Pad to stiff.

The Bottom Line: Bottom line, its a solid controller. However, when compared with the Xbox 360's newer controller, this seems very archiac.
