Good Camera Poor Editing choices

This camera takes very nice video but that is all. The battery life is good. The menu is easy to use but that is where is all ends. Try finding a commercial editing program to do high-end editing. This camcorder does not save video in any standard format (AVI would be nice). If you use the software that comes with the camera it compresses the video to much for good quality.
