Epinions Treat Yourself

by  vaughn_smith,  Jan 8, 2003
Pros: 500 : 1 Contrast Ratio, Lightweight, Excellent Picture (rivals HD), Good Sound, All Inputs
Cons: Mounting Hardware Extra and Expensive, Not PC Monitor Compatible
The Bottom Line: Shop around for the best deal (it greatly varies in the US) but if you want to treat yourself, one look and you'll be hooked.
Review: Although I hemmed and hawed greatly, paced the floor and tried to lower my standards and buy a 14" to 20" Flatscreen Sony or Toshiba, I couldn't stop thinking about how much I NEEDED this Sharp LCD in my life. So I did the unthinkable and told the sales...

Pros: What you want, awesome picture and good sound to boot !
Cons: Still kinda pricey
The Bottom Line: Have a few extra bucks to spare, spend it on this one ! You won't regret it ! Make sure it has the A in model, it's the newer one.

by  p3ngu1n,  Aug 17, 2002
Pros: 170 degree viewing angle of an LCD screen.
Cons: Only 15 inches
The Bottom Line: If you a looking to buy a high quality TV, this is the one to buy. It is the best thing out there, and totally worth it.
Review: Its well thought out design attracts but doesn't get in the way of the picture. The Aquos actually allows the picture to float as if defying physical space. In fact, at only 2 and a half inches deep, it actually does defy space constraints. Now I can put...

Epinions Sharp Aquos LC 15" TV: Mr. Hooterville Shops, Drops $1,100

by  MsHooterville,  Jan 22, 2003
Pros: Very attractive and compact, no ugly wires around
Cons: I wanted a religious experience and didn't get it
The Bottom Line: It's a great television, great sound, good looks, husband LOVES it -- I'd be content with far less.
Review: One lovely Sunday a few weeks ago, my husband expressed his growing discontent with the dark picture on the television in our kitchen -- a development that I found annoying as well, but could have lived with.

He decided to go look at...
