The Best Value For PC & Portable Player Listening

Upon purchase of my new PC with upgraded sound card, I decided to spring for quality headphones, but on a budget. After due diligence and research I selected these Sennheiser's and they have exceed my expectations. Transparent, clean sound with above average stereo separation, blocking just enough noise for private listening but not so much my wife get's angry when I don't hear her speaking to me! Perhaps most surprising is that even with frequent use by the two teenagers in our household, these have held up beautifully. I find that I use them with my portable player as well and notice a huge increment of quality increase over earbuds. The only limitation is that there fit, while very adequate for stationary listening, is not snug and secure enough for use while exercising.

In summary, for $50 or less these are a terrific value.
