Pros: Many options, fast and easy transfers, simple navigation. I'm very pleased with it.

Cons: Keep in it's sleeve or the screen WILL get scratched.

Pros: Very good sound and volume on pre-loaded music. Controls are easy to use.

Cons: The Rhapsody software actually prevents you from adding songs - what a great concept!

The Bottom Line: If SanDisk can fix the Rhapsody software glitches to allow you to actually download the files you want, then it's a great buy. Until then, buyer beware!
