Got To Have It!

I would like to start of by saying one thing. I had never played a Playstation until I waited in line for the Playstation2 at Best Buy.
My boyfriend chose this game to be the one and only game that we would buy at this time.
I don’t usually play racing games……..mostly due to the fact that I suck at them. I had no choice but to play this game if I wanted to play a Playstation2 game.
First, I watched my boyfriend play a few times. It definitely looked cool from a spectators point of view.
Then came the challenge: I had to play.
I play one game and became instantly hooked on it. I refused to give the controller back.

I like this game because you have a lot of options. I’m not sure about other racing games, but in this one you can choose what kind of car and the engine and a lot of other cool stuff. (I will update when I advance in the game)

I don’t know if it was because I was tired or not, but the graphics are so phenomenal that I actually thought my car was real for about 2 seconds at the end of one of the races. The new Playstation2 controller is also a great advantage to this game. Meaning: lightly touching the controls = not much speed; holding down the controls as far down as it will go = a lot of speed in very little time.

If you enjoy racing games, I highly suggest spending the $40 and purchasing it. Or at least rent it at the video store and be blown away by everything.
