Pros: Handwriting recognition, screen quality, performance is great, excellent value.
Cons: Still a bit heavy, so plan on writing on a table or flat surface.
Review: I bought this because I wanted a tablet to take notes during meetings and just use it for work and home. I was surprised at how well this worked as a notebook - pretty close to a desktop replacement but not quite. Great screen quality, very responsive, ...

Pros: Great performance; Tablet features easy to learn and use; Generous specs for the price
Cons: No Bluetooth; Swivel hinge appears flimsy; Heavy for a tablet.
The Bottom Line: The first notebook I've owned I can truly call portable
Review: I've been looking at a tablet PC for quite some time to organize myself when I return to school in the fall, and hoping I can consolidate everything in one place. So, when I went to Fry's to look at their offerings, the salesman said the Toshiba R15 was ...

Pros: Nearly replaces desktop, bright screen, adjustable battery life.
Cons: Too heavy to carry for any length of time.
The Bottom Line: I thought this was a wonderful tablet PC, and even after comparing to my husband's slightly newer Gateway Tablet PC, I preferred my Toshiba.
Review: My husband purchased a Toshiba Satellite in 2005 for business use. Being a bit of a miser myself (in certain situations), I settled for a Compaq laptop. I was very happy with my laptop, until I worked on his Toshiba for a couple of hours one day. ...

Pros: Cool product- only one currently offering 14.1 screen.
Cons: pray you dont have a problem with it- you may never see it again.
The Bottom Line: No thanks. A product that is great until it needs servicing is a useless waste of money.
Review: Overall, as the other reviewers mentioned, it is a very handy tool. With the largest screen out there at 14.1 inches, and a titanium layered writing surface, it really is nice to use and works well. I disagree with the prev comments on temp- it can get ...

Pros: Solid design; fast; hybrid (tablet and notebook)
Cons: Too heavy for a tablet PC
Review: 1) The screen is big and bright. 2) The machine is too heavy for tablet use, IMHO. It weighs 6.5 pounds with the standard battery which makes it unwieldy to hold in tablet mode. It's almost like holding a newborn baby. If you don't mind the weight, ...

Pros: Long battery life, not as hot as most modern laptops...
Cons: CDRW/DVD is Reader only for DVDs, Not the fastest processor...
Review: I am really enjoying this Tablet... I bought this unit to demo an application my company is writing, but was surprised how well most of my apps ran on it... It run much cooler than expected... It's a bit heavier than I would have liked, but not ...
