great look but lacks guality

When I first purchased this bluetooth device, it was mainly because i didnt like the appearance of the battery on other bluetooth devices being located on the ear. They look bulky and unattractive. This device I felt looks much more like a well styled piece of equipment and much more appropriately shaped. But that does not make it a great item.

I never had much of a problem with the audible factor and volume was more than half way decent, although like most devices it would be more difficult to hear with extensive background noise, or the wind blowing through the car window. It also fits very very comfortably to the ear and is very secure to the head, which I also liked very much. It was easy to link to my cell phone, but it is not a stereo bluetooth so music will not play through these.

What I had a problem with was turning the device on and off...more of an issue with turning it off. It involves depressing a tiny button that pivots up and down, and holding it in place for a certain period of time without unsteadying your hold. Its just ridiculous and could so easily be corrected with an extra button or turn off option. Its really the worst idea I have ever seen for turning something on or off.

Also, please be aware that the battery on this device cannot be replaced at all. Once it goes it goes. Im not sure how long it is intended to last, but mine gave me issues now and then. Occasionally only lasting 20-30 minutes, and at other times 2-3 hours, both times fully charged.

It includes a mute, volume control, and voice actication dialing, which is a great feature.
