Disappointing

I bought this microwave about 8/9 months ago. First day I got it a dent appeared in the side, very soft material compared to my last microwave. After about 3 months a small crack appeared in the plastic door above the glass to the right. Neither thing affected using it, but it looked a mess already. Then after another couple of months the door release catch seemed a bit strange, sometimes working fine, sometimes seeming a little loose and needing pushing twice. Then yesterday, after around 8 months, I opened the door and found it wouldn't close again. I bought this microwave online and stupidly mislaid the receipt so can't return it (typical as I normally store them all in the same place!). What a big waste of money as it is now going to the dump. :-( Never had Panasonic before and this will certainly put me off ever buying their products again.
