By far the GREATEST electric...period
Pros:
Speed, wet/dry, blade angle, independent foils, easy clean up, style, quality
Cons:
A little pricey, but you can find it for $150, which is fine.
The Bottom Line:
The best shaver money can buy, period. It out cuts everything else out there, and has more/better features.

Author's Review
There is no doubt in my mind that this is by far the most advanced, best shaving electric shaver on the market. Between the 30 degree blade mounting, multiple independent foils, high speed, and wet shave/cleaning capabilities, this thing blows me away.
I was a long time Norelco user, and never got a good shave. I switched to Braun Syncro a year ago, and it was a little better, but not much. The foil on the Syncro was going to crap, and the blades were wearing out after only 8 months, so I decided that I'd be moving on to another brand. I did some research (on Epinions, of course), and found this Panasonic to be the one for me.
Some complain about the noise, but I must say, it's much quieter than my Braun or my Norelcos (I've had about 6 of them). It's higher pitched, so maybe that's what they don't like, but my Braun woke up my roommate, and this thing doesn't. My one gripe is that I often end up popping the trimmer up by accident when holding the razor.
It cuts VERY close, gets the tough to shave areas that most electrics can't handle, shaves me in less than half the time of my Braun, cleans up in a snap, can do wet or dry, has a high-frequency cleaning mode (17,000 rpm), induction charging, solid construction, and more. I was concerned that the battery wouldn't last long enough for my liking, but since it shaves so much more efficiently, I get plenty of shaves out of each charge.
This shaver is simply the best, period. My shave is close, and even better, effortless. You know how with other electrics you have to keep going over the same spot, and trying it in different directions, angles, and pulling your face to no end? Kiss all of that nonsense goodbye with this thing. It's really a whole other level of shaver. I'm beyond satisfied!
Some think this shaver is pricey. It's in line with the other top of the line shavers, and you can find it for $150. I didn't question this at all because I wanted something that I would have to replace in a year, like the $100 Braun I just dumped on eBay for $20!
I actually have the Linear Pro Curve 8095NC (top of the line), which is the next model up from the 8092NC. I'm not sure what the differences are, but since they have the same blades, motors, and overall same functionality, I'd recommend the 8092 to anyone.
You won't go wrong with this shaver. You WILL go wrong with any other shaver.
