Wonderful product. Easy to use, large hard drive for recording while away. Simple to find recorded show due to postcard size thumbnails that include name, date and channel. Records by using time and channel or a TV guide. Can also instant record. Nothing to hate about it. Manual is even good if followed. No monthly charge to use. I bought this when it was a new product and have seen the price come down considerably. It was worth the higher price
