This Ice Cream Maker is Perfect For a Small Family

I love this ice cream maker, The ice cream and gelatos come out so creamy and smooth once you follow the right recipes. I made Emeril's Dulce de Leche Gelato and it was superb. Better than any Haagen Daas Ice cream....
It is very easy to clean and use and all the work is in making the ice cream mix because once it is in the machine, it does it work.

You should follow the tips they include in the booklet...Like putting in on a piece of metal and chilling your mix before pouring it in the mixer....This all serves to shorten mixing time and lengthen battery life.
