This was the second bread machine that we have bought. The attraction was the rabid bake cycle.
Price: Was average for an advanced bread machine - bought it on sale.
Speed: Has a rapid cycle that produces bread in 58 minutes.
Whole wheat takes about 3 hours.
Flexability: Has worked with box mixes and our our recipes equally well. No burned or unrisen loaves.
Size: A little on the large size for our counter. we would have preferred a smaller model.
Cost: Was one of the most advanced machines for the price.
Ease of use: when using boxed mixes - it is a snap. Home recipes take a little longer - usually the 4 hour cycle is needed. Cleaning is a easy - only a basket and a rotor.
Specialty breads are a easy. You can stop this unit at any time (dough stage etc.) and create shaped breads and specialty breads.
Features: Delay timer - place your ingredients into it in the morning - set the timer, and it is ready for dinner when you return.
2)Types of bread - Basic, French, Sweet and Whole wheat.
3)Crust - Light, Medium and Dark
4)In addition to breads - you can make pastas, Jams and Marmalade, and Glazes.
The instruction manual is easy to follow, and recipies are included.
