Excellent Frozen Drinks!!!!!!!

I love cold frozen drinks, whether they contain alcohol or not.
This Oster Blender is just perfect for them. Though it is not my mothers blender. It was another one of my many wedding gifts and once again was not the blender I had asked for, but it does the job.

The jar is plastic something I do not like, I really loved my mothers Glass Jar on her blender. Her jar held in place nice and tight. With the Plastic Jar it does not sit in position while it is blending you have to hold it or else you will have your drink go flying all over the place! Trust me this is not any fun and it took forever to clean up!

The blender does the job however, it does exactly what is was made to do. It mixes up whatever type of frozen drink you want to make extremely well and blends everything up nice and smooth and frosty. It has lots of little buttons for all of your different blending needs but the only feature I have really used is the blend and chop.

The blending feature is just perfect for drinks and only takes minutes till you have your frozen drink whether it be a milkshake or a frozen daiquiri or margarita. I use the chopping feature for my hedgehogs special treats. I put in leftovers from dinner, such as chicken, turkey and mix them up with veggies. The hedgehogs love it and it is so easy for me to make them a special treat.

This blender is also very easy to clean. I like that in a product, the plastic container is not filled with all kinds of grooves you must get into to clean it out well.

I would however really recommend a different blender only because of the fact like I said above you need to hold the plastic container down when you blend. But other then that it is a wonderful thing to own. It is easy to store and fits in well with all my other household products that do not get used very often in my pantry.
