Great Motivational Workout

The Wii Fit is great. You get the addiction of a video game and the workout that you need. It has Yoga to get your body ready. Then you move on to Strength Training for your toning. Next is Aerobics for some great Cardiovascular activity. Then there are the games. You have to do the exercises to unlock the games, so there is that motivating factor. Then if you don't feel like exercising, you can at least do the games and then you've got yourself up and moving for a few minutes. The balance board weighs you and you tell it your height and it gives you your body mass index. The games include soccer, skiing, ski jump, a penguin catching fish game, tight rope walking, and others. One of the exercises is hula hooping and believe me, that will make you sweat. One of the activities for the aerobics is a Step Class. It is fun and a good cool down after the hula hooping. Another aerobic activity is boxing. That is fun. As you progress through the exercises, reps are added and time spent on each activity. It tracks how much time you exercise and keeps you informed of it after each activity. You have a personal trainer. You can choose between the male and female. It allows you to make fitness goals and has charting for your goal.
