Difficult to cook effectively.

We had this model fitted in our kitchen along with a matching oven and extractor fan.

Extremely disappointed with the performance. The medium size burners take an age to boil liquids so we have to use the large burner all the time.

Using a wok on the hob is impossible on all four burners. The medium and large spread the flames too wide and overheat the sides. Turning down the flame to focus on the base fails to heat the wok hot enough. The economy burner fails to make any impact whatever the flame size.

I am thinking that perhaps the cast iron pan supports are actually too high. One of my friends has the same hob but haven't any complaint but I have noticed they have a different type of pan supports.
