Pros: Makes eyes appear brighter, bigger, and more alive. Very creamy, doesn't tug the skin.

Cons: Expensive, doesn't last long enough on the eyes

The Bottom Line: White eyeliner with shimmer? Me? Actually yes. This is a great little pencil to open up the eyes and make them pop - and still look natural.
