Epinions Great value for money

by  bob88,  Oct 28, 2006
Pros: Great design, good size and weight. Ergonomic and functional.
Cons: Reception and transmission can be better, but I've not seen one that impressed me yet.
Review: I got this for $30 from an online store and it works fine. Reception could be better, but it is small, fits well and hold much charge. The colors flashing is quite informative once you know what they mean, and the design is ...

Epinions Great, economical unit

by  tamandtom,  Mar 23, 2007
Pros: Small, same A/c adapter as phone, good quality
Cons: Could be a little louder
Review: This was my first bluetooth earpiece and I can't be happier with it. Easy to connect, easy to charge, feels great on the ear and can be switched between either ...

Epinions Good quality-easy to use

by  pwhit1962,  Oct 13, 2006
Pros: Lightweight; clear quality, easy to use
Cons: Sometimes the receiver volume is low
Review: I've had my H700 about a month now. It replaced a Jabra BT110. I didn't know how inefficient the Jabra was until I got this. The Jabra would often take 8-10 seconds to pick up a call-by then they'd gone to voicemail! The H700 pairs instantly when a ...

Epinions Great Sound. Only fits small / medium ears

by  yfnimgcg,  Mar 27, 2007
Pros: Great sound both incoming and outgoing. Lots of style.
Cons: Only fits small / medium size ears.
Review: I've used a number of bluetooth headsets. The Logitech one I had last was a great fit and had great sound, but the ear hook wore out quickly and the unit was rather obtrusive. I have friends that love the H700, so I bought one. The ear hook is very ...

Epinions performs excellent

by  thatdenverdog,  Oct 20, 2007
Pros: auto connects with no problem, good battery life
Cons: could have a better range
Review: I burn up about 3500 minutes a month, nearly all on this bluetooth headset. The range isn't great, however it's clear when near your phone and the battery life is good. Auto connects to my Blackberry with no ...

Epinions One of the best in 2005, not 2006

by  mandamus,  Oct 30, 2006
Pros: Good sound, good reception, good battery life, comfortable and stays on.
Cons: Fragile, mine broke, loses signal to phone occasionally; cumbersome by today's standards
The Bottom Line: Buy this headset if you can find it under $50, and you do not want to spend $90-100
Review: This was the first bluetooth headset that I got, so my expectations were not very high. This set lived up to and surpassed all expectations, in 2005. It is surprisingly comfortable. This is in light of wired headsets that I have discarded in favor of ...

Epinions Good but with some reservations

by  bubsywubsy,  Mar 31, 2008
Pros: Small, easy to turn on and off, good voice quality, standard USB charger
Cons: doesn't fit well on large ears, tinny sound quality, surprisingly short standby and talk time
The Bottom Line: If it fits on your ear correctly, this is a sleek unit that works well.
Review: I have two bluetooth headsets; the Jabra BT500, a large around the ear model that I gave a favorable review to, and my Motorola H700. The H700 is a small unit that fits over the ear but rests on the ear. Turning it on and off is as simple as opening ...

Epinions Useful bluetooth headset but not the best

by  pattermj,  Jan 7, 2008
Pros: Small, lightweight, easy to use.
Cons: Loss of sound quality over short distances.
The Bottom Line: Good for the non-business use, such as cars as it is now illegal where I live to talk on the phone without a hands free set.
Review: I got this as a Christmas present this year and have had a few weeks to work with it. The shape and size of the piece allows for it to fit comfortably on my ear, I have had it on for more then an hour at a time, and its overall low weight makes it easy ...

Epinions Nice Headset but not for me.

by  lanche07,  Jul 2, 2006
Pros: Small size, boom mic
Cons: **static if distance from phone greater than 4'**
The Bottom Line: I would recommend being cautious when purchasing this unit. Make sure you have the ability to return the item if you are not satisfied
Review: I am new to the Bluetooth world and the H700 was my first. The physical size of the headset, to me was perfect. I would wear it for 8 hrs or more and would forget that it was there. Its too bad that the performance rendered it useless to me. My main ...

Epinions H700 Review

by  jkdonald79,  Dec 20, 2006
Pros: size, style, weight, sound quality of earpiece
Cons: horrible sound quality of microphone for people on receiving end of your calls.
Review: This is my first blue tooth headset which I use with a Nokia 6682 phone. The styling, size and weight are great. However it seems people on the other line often ask me if I'm driving with my windows down because they can hardly hear what i'm saying. This ...
