I originally bought this game for my seven (she was six at the time) year old daughter for Christmas last year. I figured that it would be a fun game for her and her friends to play with together in her room to get away from her younger brother and sister.

Little did I know, the whole family loves and uses this game. The box says it is recommended for children between the ages 6 and 8. However, my two and three year old are able to play this game. You can use this game to teach your child colors, names of clothing, accessories, and different facial features people may have.

This game comes with forty eight cards that have faces of men and women of different ages, color, gender, hair color, eye color and other things. It also comes with 24 mystery cards, 2 score keepers, 8 rubber feet and two plastic games boards that once you have assembled will stand up in front of your child with twenty four different faces on them.

This is typically a two player game or you can play in teams like we do in order to let the whole family in on the action. The object of the game is to be able to figure out your opponent's mystery person. You do this by teaching your children to ask questions. Does your mystery person have blue eyes? If they say no then you flip down all the faces you have on your side that have blue eyes. Then it is your opponents turn. You and your opponent will continue to ask questions about the characters appearance until they guess correctly who the mystery card is or they don't end up guessing but by the questions asked that is the only card left standing.

Sometimes a game can last five minutes while other times it can last a good twenty minutes. I think that this game is excellent for teaching children to take notice of different things and become more observant. We bought this game a year ago and it is still a favorite in our home. My three year old and seven year old can play it with out any help at all. How many games can you find out there that a three, two and seven year old will all learn from and enjoy at the same time?
