Pros:
The Camera works fine, and you can get a great deal on it.
Cons:
iChatters need cameras to talk to you. May need to punch holes in firewall.
The Bottom Line:
A cheap camera that works without problems on a modern computer. The other reviews are outdated, and this cam should give you no problems.

There are quite a few negative reviews of this camera that I could not relate to, so I thought I should post my opinion to give balance to the overall ePinion. I got this camera on sale at Office Depot for $20 as a part of the Access Trio LE (which means you get a free wireless keyboard/mouse set).
The camera installed beautifully for me on both Windows XP SP1 and SP2. I plugged in the camera & cd, and Windows installed everything for me.
Webcamming works fine for me as well. Many of the complaints on here are related to Logitech software. The Logitech software is obsolete - being replaced by standard IM programs. The other reviews on this site appear to be obsolete! I use Yahoo! and AOL messengers. Here are the tricks to get them to work:
Yahoo!
Yahoo will work perfectly out of the box; however, the video will be very choppy ( < 1fps) if you are behind a firewall. The solution is to punch a hole through port 5100. If you are using a software firewall, enable port 5100. If you are using a broadband gateway or other type of router, you need to setup a either a virtual server or a port trigger. Port triggers (A.K.A. 'Special Applications') are great if multiple computers on your network want to use the webcam. Just set up a trigger on port 5100 that opens 5100. If only you will use the camera, set up a Virtual Server that routes all traffic on port 5100 to your local IP address (i.e. 192.168.123.5). This should fix the Super Webcam problem.
AIM
AIM VideoIM will not work with a firewall unless you open the proper ports:
5060, 5190, 5298, 5353, 5678, 16384-16403 If you use a port trigger, the trigger port is 5060. If you are trying to chat with an iChat user, he must have a camera. Apple does not allow Windows-to-Mac One-Way Video Chats. And if AIM is still giving you problems, try this update (http://my.screenname.aol.com/_cqr/login/login.psp?seamless=y&siteId=aimregistrationPROD&siteState=http://ftp.newaol.com/aim/win95/aimrtc12.exe). I haven't noticed a difference since installing it, but it is supposed to improve VideoIM, esp. on machines having problems.
After opening all of the proper ports, this webcam works exactly as advertised. I have no problems to report with the camera itself.
