Epinions Great blender

by  jgreviews,  Mar 27, 2004
Pros: Slick/Powerful
Cons: Bulky
The Bottom Line: Best blender in the market for daily use. Very slick, simple, and powerful. Much better value for the home than say a Vita-Mix.
Review: After reading about this blender on Men's Health I decided to give it a try. I paid about $130 in Georgia and I'm very pleased with its nice set of features The motor is very powerful from 500 to 20000 revolutions per minute and it will cut trough ...

Epinions I like this blender!

by  msyvonne,  Apr 17, 2005
Pros: Powerful, large capacity container, cool looking, inexpensive.
Cons: Heavy, bulky, lid is maybe too snug.
Review: I'm sorry to hear the problem the other reviewer had with his blender. Hopefully that experience is out of the ordinary. I actually really like the blender. I've been using it for a few months and it's done well with everything I've used it for- ice, ...

Epinions So-so construction quality

by  mdlman,  Apr 19, 2004
Pros: -Strong motor -Good capacity jug -Very stylish looks
Cons: -questionable manufacturing -base may stain with acidic fruits/vegs. -rpm gauge unnecessary gimmic
The Bottom Line: Try it before you buy! Based solely on my poor experience, I can't give it high marks.
Review: After reading the other review, I thought I should share my darker experiences with you... I and a friend bought a pair of this blender for ourselves, interested in the opportunity it gave with it's higher power output to blend fruits and vegetables ...

Epinions Blends well but construction not great

by  danmoch,  Sep 22, 2006
Pros: Blends well, plenty of power.
Cons: Construction quality is only average.
Review: Purchased and used about 3 months. Blended well, tackled ice and whole peeled oranges well. I was pretty happy with it about three months until the blade became off-center on the drive screw. I'm not sure how this happened since I assume the hole in ...

Epinions Lemonade anyone?

by  dmartin301,  Oct 1, 2007
Pros: Powerful
Cons: Noisy. Unappealing. Just fits under the counter.
Review: I have now owned this blender for four years. When it works, it does a good job of making quick work of the food placed into it. However, I'm now on year four of owning this blender and have gone through three of them, under warranty. The first one ...

Epinions poor blender

by  kasperle,  May 2, 2004
Pros: The looks might be appealing to some people.
Cons: It's noisier and less capable than regular $50 blenders.
The Bottom Line: Stay away from this over-priced blender: it's powerful, but big, inconvenient, and DOES NOT BLEND WELL.
Review: I got a L'Equip blender to make things like thick smoothies (with frozen berries), pesto, etc. It doesn't handle that type of stuff. Also, it's big, heavy, noisy, and the lid is hard to take off. I returned it. This blender has about double the power ...

Epinions I hate this blender.

by  dzanoff,  Jan 31, 2008
Pros: It looks cool sitting on your counter and it is easy to dust.
Cons: It is weak. It is faulty. It is not particularly powerful. The construction is cheap.
Review: I bought this blender b/c it was given a good rating by Men's Health Magazine. It looked cool in the pictures and I thought it would be real heavy duty. I also liked that it only had 2 buttons (not 45 like all the others). This blender is not what it is ...
