You'll go ape over this game!

The publishers of Game Boy definitely wanted to improve the reputation of Game Boy because they created one of the most exciting gameboy games since Contra. I was initially captivated by this game's original yellow cartridge. But after playing a few levels I quickly understood why this is going to be one of the hottest games for gameboy in a long time. The story of this game is simple, donkey kong and his kid go through four worlds jumping and fliping over bad guys in the process. You also get to ride cool animals and explore air, water, and land. The game has many levels which will keep you occupied for quite a while and this isn't one of those games that you can beat while waiting for the bus.
This also becomes a disadvantage since some levels are too hard forcing you to repeatedly play them in order to go on to the next level. Also the designers tried to replicate this game to the Super Nintendo version which makes the game a bit cluttered and hard to see in some levels. But if used on a Game Boy color, all those problems go away.
