Pros: Great color, no dead pixels, fast delivery, flexible stand, 4 USB ports on monitor
Cons: A little muddy when playing DVD's with dark scenes or looking at darker photos.
The Bottom Line: I would buy this all over again. I've not noted any of the problems listed on the other review sites.
Review: I recently purchased the Dell 19" 1907FP LCD monitor to complement my Sony HMD-A400 19" standard CRT monitor. I'm an Architect and needed (or wanted) a second monitor for technical CADD (computer assisted design/drafting) work. It is much easier to ...

Pros: Very good color, easy, effective controls, great warranty and USB ports (and cable).
Cons: Non-existent in-box driver setup information.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend display without reservation.
Review: I just replaced a very nice 17" NEC LCD 1760 with this Dell. Epinions only has the one review at present so my research ability was limited. I'm glad I didn't buy into the CNET review which seems inadequate to me now that I bought the product. From my ...

Pros: Great picture. Colors are vibrant. Very nice looking design.
Cons: None that I have noticed yet.
Review: I just picked one of these up because they were on sale and $60-80 cheaper than the Sony I was looking at which was on sale itself. I have been using a Sony Multiscan 17fII tube monitor for the past 10 years and it has been, and still is, a great ...

Pros: Good image. Solid colors
Cons: None what so ever.
Review: I ordered the Dell XPS-400 and it came with this excellent monitor. I am picky with color rendition since I work with digital pictures a lot. This monitor gives excellent results and is not too bright like a CRT. I tried in analog mode and also in ...

Pros: Accurate colors, handsome design, very adjustable
Cons: I really haven't found any cons and I looked for them
Review: With all the negative things I read on CNET I was ready to send it back before I got it. I use the monitor with Photoshop, Ilustrator and CorelDraw. I work with Photographs and logos all day long and this monitor is wonderful. What I see on the screen is ...

Pros: Bright, clear, sharp display; integrated USB 2.0 ports; accepts digital an analog inputs.
Cons: Not so slick with native video drivers.
The Bottom Line: Given the Dell UltraSharp 1907FP monitors' image quality, digital/analog inputs, swivel, tilt, and rotation functionality, and built-in USB ports I would consider that money well spent.
Review: Much as the DVD replaced the VHS tape, flat panel displays are fast replacing traditional CRTs on most computer desktops, both at and at home. For the consumer the thin displays are a win/win; you save space and energy, and you get a wonderful ...

Pros: Flexible arm movements, no ghosting, interpolate nicely in games, bright.
Cons: No brightness button. No automatic potrait adjustment. No MagicColor quickbutton settings.
The Bottom Line: Good for: Playing games, Doing office documents works, watching movies.
Bad for: graphic editing, photography, color related workfields.
Review: ::THE INTRO I got mine yesterday. It's a 1907FPt. Hook it up and turn it on. WOW! The color are nice but too bright for my liking. But hey since I am a gamer, I rather have a bright screen. I tuned down the brightness to 20 from 100 and it's still ...

Pros: Price, sharp, bright image, USB hub, no external power supply, response time, vivid colors
Cons: Narrow viewing angle, inaccurate, cartoonish color, slightly flimsy stand
The Bottom Line: The Dell 1907FP is an excellent 19-inch LCD monitor with both DVI and VGA connections and a USB hub. I recommend it, but only if you do not intend...
Review: After using the previous model (D

UltraSharp 1905FP LCD monitor) for almost a year, I noticed that its power button, which has always been very stiff, became so stiff, I had to apply way too much force to it. Upon ...

Pros: Doesn't take up a lot of room.
Cons: Defective on/off button
Review: I was basically pleased with this monitor, until the power button got stuck. After a bit of surfing it seems that this is a problem others have as well. Seems to be a common defect. Dell can't/won't fix the monitor once it is out of warranty. You must ...

Pros: The stand is functional
Cons: The quality of the picture is almost poor.
Review: I tried the Dell UltraSharp 1907FP based upon Dell advertisements. I was totally disappointed in the poor quality of the image. I returned it and purchased a VisionSonic VA912b from CompUSA. The difference was like night and day. The VA912b is ...
