Simple to use car Bluetooth Speaker 'phone'

I now have two Jabra SP5050 - there so simple to use that I also bought one for my wife who technology challenged

Pair the very slip unit with your phone, clip it to your sun visor and forget until the next call comes in. Then unlike other Bluetooth headsets (or speaker car kits) one click of the large button and your connected to your caller.

The sound quality is surprising for unit of its size. And best of all the volume is load enough that I find my self turning it down for most calls. An on that point the volume control buttons are large enough to find then during a call if needed (there located on both sides of the unit).

Everyone that I have spoke to using the SPS5050 think I am not using a headset - the sound quality is that good, and not just while stopped to traffic or at a light.

Once you leave your car and take the phone with you the SP5050 turns it self off after 15 minutes. When you come back just press and hold the large button until it beeps and then within a few seconds it will beep again to confirm its connected to your phone.

The SP5050 also has a very nice feature - you can turn off the status LED's for night drive, although in my Pathfinder the status LED's our out of my field of few and not a issue for me when driving at night.

I researched many different Bluetooth car kits including some for much more the then $90 I paid (with overnight delivery from Buy.com).

The SP5050 was the best looking, best designed (ease of use) of all the units -- AND you do not need to pay someone to install it for your.

The only negative is the large connector for car charger (note that ONLY car charger is supplied). The connector is large enough that it restricts where you can place the unit while driving & charging. I use my SP5050 during my one hour each way commute - so I get 10+ hour between charges (spec is 12 hours)
