Excellente Receiver that I will recommend to anybody, Sony has excellent equipment in home audio

Pros: Extra sub output Lots of A/V inputs Digital inputs ( coaxial and optical)

Cons: I can not think on one! Maybe that it does not have HDMI! ;0)

a satisfying machine

Pros: Great sound especialy for movie

Cons: no output for additional amplified front speaker

The Bottom Line: An A/V Receiver worth to buy when it comes to home-movie purpose

Review: When I firstly installed the equipments (Sony STR-DE875,Sony DVD NS 700, and speakers package + Subwoofer of Sound Design Sweden) in my study room of a 3.5 x 4.5 m2 area. I found the sound that it created shockingly great as if the whole air in my room...
