Pros: Fun games, gets you moving

Cons: Some of the games are not extremely challenging

The Bottom Line: If you would like to bring fitness to your family, this is a good game. If your family is a bunch of triathletes, perhaps not.

Now we're Wii Fit!!!

Pros: Fun, healthy, helpful, intuitive, tracks your progress, variations prevent boredom

Cons: none

The Bottom Line: It's the antithesis of the usual video game, it gets you up and moving and having fun while losing weight and gaining strength. Quality is excellent.
