Some good upgrades; headache to use

Pros: There are some nice new features, as always.

Cons: Microsoft takes power and control from the user, with this version and returns little.

The Bottom Line: Don't upgrade unless necessary. New features vs. complete re-learning and slower productivity are simply not worth it.

Pros: fast and easy

Cons: pricey

The Bottom Line: It is worth the money you spend on it, it takes the work out of your work.
