A city lay in ruins as rival gangs are at war all vying for the chance to rule the underworld of Southtown. A small group destined to take the city back has established a meeting with the maniacal leader of the most powerful gang, Mephistopheles. It isn't the king but KOF MI is still pretty good.

Pros: KOF makes the jump to 3D well.

Cons: The graphics and sounds are not state of the art.

The Bottom Line: Get this game if you are a fan of the series or if you like a good fighting game but don't bend over backwards for it.
