Professional Capabilities that an Amatuer can Appreciate

Pros:

Canon reputation for quality and professional features in a unit simple enough for amateurs.

Cons: Heavier, larger than an entry-level SLR. Buttons can be accidently pressed in normal use.

The Bottom Line: Simple enough for an amateur, powerful enough for a professional: this camera will satisfy anyone.

Amazing Camera

Pros: High speed sports photography
Exposure is right on
No shutter lag. press and shoot.

Cons: A bit heavy.
Occasionally misses focus.
