Buffalo Tech sucks

Pros: Fancy advertising

Cons: Cannot even buy support or repair after one year to get your data back.

Review: Extremely poor support for a RAID storage solution which is supposed to provide reliability but only causes risk for your data. After the warantee period of only one year it is will not even be repaired at any price - you are out of luck for your RAID ...

Review: I recently tried to update the firmware on my (out of warranty) Terastation and it ended up "bricked" There was no issues updating the firmware. It finished without any errors but then would no longer work. Tech support had me try several things but ...
