Should be called "Apple DOESN'T Care"

Pros: None that I can comprehend.

Cons: Expensive, computer came back worse than when I sent it in. No 24/7 support.

The Bottom Line: Worthless support not worth the money. Tech support not available 24/7. Poor communication after repairs. Repairs did not fix the problem.

Review: I bought my first Mac, an iBook G4 a little over two years ago, and a friend who was familiar with Apple Products strongly suggested Applecare. For nearly $300 you can extend the warranty and get tech support for three years. It seemed like a good ...

Pros: Three years - Covers most damages

Cons: Expensive - Should not be needed.

The Bottom Line: Get it for peace of mind if you need it (it's expensive) . Not sure to recommend it or not.
